Our history
Two decades at the table
Tavola began as a 28-seat neighbourhood bistro on Lantern Court. Over two and a half decades it has earned a reputation for seasonal precision, impeccable service, and a cellar that tells the story of great winemaking regions. The room seats 64 tonight. The spirit has never changed.

Executive Chef & Founder
Chef Marco Bellini trained under three Michelin-starred kitchens across Paris, Copenhagen, and New York before founding Tavola in 1998. His philosophy is simple: the best ingredients, treated with the deepest respect.
